To ensure the perfect environment for optimum results, we have selected our purpose built Eco Adventure Hub, Thotupola located in the scenic and tranquil backdrop of the Bolgoda Lake to inaugurate this totally new concept of Personality Development with our own team of facilitators, headed by world renowned Guruji Sri Yogacharya Arun Kumarji, who is a Senior Yoga Management Consultant who brings in his experiences from the Mountainous Himalayas. On the nomination by the Prime Minster’s Office (PMO) for his contribution to the society in the field of Yoga, Medication and Well being, he has been awarded the Bheemsen Pathi National Award 2009.

Thus we have shifted the goal posts beyond the accepted ground rules of adventure training, by introducing simple techniques of power breathing, meditation and yoga He is a much sought after trainer in the prestigious Public and Private sector organizations in India and his teaming up with Inward Bound adds a new dimension to the endeavours to bring more depth into the physical activities that hitherto formed the base for personal development programmes.

Wasantha Fernando a person with a rare mix of multi disciplinary qualifications in management, accounting, law and HRM had been a pioneer in CIMA and CIM lecturing with more than 19 years of exposure rewarded with the highly commended CIMA Tutor of the World Award in 2005. He has taught and guided more than 40,000 students in the country. Further he has exposure in conducting lectures in Maldives, Malaysia, UK and Hong Kong. Born with the ability to lecture and train, he is an individual who can add value to anyone’s life with passionated guidance enhancing self determination, belief and driving people to see themselves realistically and adapt to any difficult condition through clear assertive behaviour. These abilities make him an ideal Resource person to the INWARD BOUND TEAM.

This maiden innovative venture which launched on 1st December 2010 at the purpose built Eco Adventure Hub, Thotupola for Personality Development with our own team of facilitators, headed by Guruji who bring in his vast array of experiences supplemented with the presence of Wasantha, formulated by Major Vijitha Welikala, Chairman of Wild Holidays (Pvt) Ltd who has been honoured with the National Gold Award for Entrepreneur of the Year 2003 presented by the Federation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries (Sri Lanka) among many prestigious awards, will be a totally new experience for corporate stake holders who are keen to enhance the productivity of their staff members to meet ever emerging challenges.
